Sharon Osbourne is rejoining the judges panel on the U.K. version of “X Factor” for the show’s 10th season. Osbourne will be replacing Tulisa Contostavlos, joining fellow judges Take That singer Gary Barlow, singer Nicole Scherzinger and entertainment manager Louis Walsh.
Osbourne was one of “X Factor’s” original judges, sitting on the panel from 2004 to 2007.
“I couldn’t be happier about coming back for the 10th anniversary of ‘X Factor,’” she said of her return to the show. ”I can’t wait to give Gary Barlow a big hug, sit next to the gorgeous Nicole, and of course throw water on dear Louis. Yay!”
Executive producer Simon Cowell added: ”Three words I never thought I’d say: Welcome back Sharon!”
Dermot O’Leary will be retuning to host the show. The “X Factor” U.K. will return to ITV in the fall.
Kelly Rowland and Paulina Rubio have been confirmed as judges on the “The X Factor.” They will be joining Demi Lovato and Simon Cowell on the panel for season three.
“It’s taken more than a decade but I’m delighted to finally be on a panel with three girls (I think!),” said Cowell, who also serves as executive producer on the show. “Paulina and Kelly both have great taste and massive experience in the music industry and together with Demi, this is going to be a fun panel. It just feels like the time to do something different.”
Rowland is no newbie to “The X Factor” family, as she has previously served as judge on the U.K. version of the show.
“I am very excited to be reuniting with Simon Cowell,” Rowland said. “It feels great to be able to take this journey here at home in the states!”
Meanwhile, Rubio isn’t sure Cowell knows what he’s in for.
Simon, be careful what you wish for, let’s see if you are ready to handle me, empieza la fiesta, amigo!” Loosely translated, that means ‘the party begins, friend.’
Mario Lopez will be returning to the show as host, however it is unclear if he will be joined by a co-host. “The X Factor” auditions begin today in Charleston, South Carolina.

Kelly Rowland and Paulina Rubio have been confirmed as new judges on The X Factor — as RadarOnline.com was first to exclusively report on May 13!
Fox confirmed on Monday that Simon Cowell will be surrounded by women this season as Kelly and Paulina join him and Demi Lovato on the judges panel.

“It’s taken more than a decade, but I’m delighted to finally be on a panel with three girls (I think!). Paulina and Kelly both have great taste and massive experience in the music industry and together with Demi, this is going to be a fun panel,” Simon said. “It just feels like the time to do something different.”
Kelly has appeared as a judge on the UK’s X Factor in the past but it delighted to be part of the US version saying, “I am very excited to be reuniting with Simon Cowell and THE X FACTOR family. It feels great to be able to take this journey here at home in the states!”

“I love THE X FACTOR! I can’t wait to find the next big music star here in America,” Paulina said. “I’m so thrilled to be part of the show as a judge. Simon, be careful what you wish for, let’s see if you are ready to handle me, empieza la fiesta, amigo!”
As Radar was first to report, Kelly and Paulina have been the top picks to replace L.A. Reid and Britney Spears from last season.
“Paulina is one of the most influential Latin celebrities in the world and Kelly brings some star power and experience since she judged on the UK version of X Factor a couple years ago,” the source told Radar.

“A female centric panel is something new to the show, but both the producers and Simon really think it’s the right way to go… All the women really get along well and Demi continues to have great chemistry and banter with Simon.”
Simon Cowell could be Paulina Rubio‘s guardian angel.
As RadarOnline.com exclusively reported last week, Rubio is in talks to become a judge on The X Factor and the Latina singing sensation is desperately in need of a paycheck because Radar has exclusively uncovered a lawsuit against her totaling more than $25,000.

In April, Rubio was sued by the landlords of her Miami condo for failing to pay a year’s worth of fees on her condo, and according to documents obtained by Radar the Palace Condo Association filed a lien against the fiery singer for $25,634 on April 15.
Rubio, 41, last paid the associated fees on her apartment at the 1541 Brickell Avenue Miami building in March 2012.
And this is not the only hint of the singer’s financial distress. Just last year Radar reported that the IRS slammed her with a $132,641.71 lien in Dade County, Fla., for unpaid taxes in 2010 and she was also hit with a $77,677 tax lien in Broward County.

But the financial woes never stop adding up for Rubio, who also reportedly faced a tax bill of $530,000 due in Mexico.
That could disappear after Rubio signed on the dotted line for the hit FOX talent show — as RadarOnline.com exclusively reported a full six days before any other outlet — reserving a seat at the judge’s table alongside Demi Lovato and fellow newbie judge Kelly Rowland. The new judges will replace L.A. Reid and Britney Spears.
